The company has a high-level R & D team, and has established Zhejiang Provincial High-tech Enterprise Research and Development Center, Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Research Center of high-performance Composite thin film materials, Jiaxing City Key Laboratory of Nano-coated Composite thin Film Research and Development, provincial enterprise Technology Center, provincial enterprise Research Institute, national postdoctoral workstation and other technological innovation platforms.
The postdoctoral workstation of Zhejiang Fulai New Materials Co., Ltd. was officially listed in 2019. Since its establishment, the workstation has strictly followed the requirements of "being practical,large-scale and sustainable", actively recruiting postdoctoral fellows, and giving full play the positive role of the postdoctoral workstation in talent introduction and training and recommending production-university-research cooperation. It has cooperated with Southeast University, Institute of Metal Research of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University and other research institutes and universities. A total of 11 postdocs have been successfully introduced, including 1 post-doctoral student and 10 post-doctoral students.
Zhejiang Fulai New Material High Performance Composite Film Material Enterprise Research Institute is committed to promoting the technological progress of enterprises, improving the independent innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises, with a view to becoming the core base to support and promote the development of enterprises themselves. It has the core technology from high-performance adhesive and film materials to precision micro-nano coating process, which solves the technical problems of high production cost, unstable process and performance far lower than the corresponding imported products in China, and realizes import substitution in the subdivision field.
